Due to bad weather from the remnants of Hurricane Patricia, my flight from Albany, NY to Newark, NJ was delayed so much that I could not make the connection. United Airlines completely rewrote my ticket and I flew to Chicago and am waiting for a flight to Istanbul, and then Antalya, the airport nearest Alegria.
I will arrive later than the first ticket, but that should be OK.
I join Robn in Trinidad in late Nov. She is visiting her brother and sister-in-law north of Albany and then a friend in Massachusetts. She flies to Trinidad in early Nov.
I found free WiFi in Chicago, but it is metered for only 30 min. So, I will shoot this off.
